16 Days in Cali

Hard to believe it has only been a little over 2 weeks since we set foot in the sunshine state. Since arriving we have:

-been to the beach

-been to the pool (many times)

-been to the sprinkler park (would go everyday for Tate to see some "wa wa" if he had it his way)

-been to many parks

-been on many bike rides where I have had to walk up the hills home (last time I did not: yippee!)

-started swim lessons for Fiona

-been to Swirlz (frozen yogurt) MANY times. (note to self - must start biking there so as to work off the extra calories)

-been to SeaWorld

-been to the local mall (only 5 minutes away!!)

-been to Costco (of course)

-been to Target (naturally)

-been to Home Depot (many, many times - UGH)

-supplied the family with new bikes (Fiona's story to come later)

-been to Trader Joe's (super close and way bigger than our old one!)

-been to a puppet show (Fiona was scared)

-been to a magic show (Tate was bored - but he had some amazing magic tricks!)

-swam in our hot tub, aka grotto, many evenings

And the list will continue to grow! So far, even though we are away from friends and family, we are enjoying ourselves and our 16 days of consecutive sun!
